Purchases made for the California High School student body may be reimbursed through the Associated Student Body (ASB) fund. Reimbursements for clubs are payed through their own funds. The process for filling receiving a reimbursement is the same.
To receive a reimbursement you must have the receipt (or a picture printed of it) for the purchase to be approved. Attach this to your completed check request.
You may fill out the reimbursement form in the Leadership Room (T-3). There is a tray to pick up blank slips, an example, and a tray to place completed ones. It typically is approved within one week of receiving it.
