Animal Outlook

The Animal Outlook Club aims to raise awareness of animal cruelty in various industries, as well as create a compassionate student body that feels compelled to protect the rights of all animals. We host various events such as beach and park cleanups and fundraisers for local animal shelters.

Bay2Bay Foundation is the first chapter of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides free online tutoring for K–12 students across the Bay Area. Students can choose between two learning paths: traditional homework help or project-based learning that apply school subjects to real-world challenges.

AnthroMinds

Arjun Patel

AnthroMinds is dedicated to helping high school students better understand mental health by providing useful knowledge and resources. Our approach is inspired by medical anthropology, which looks at how culture, society, and biology all play a role in mental well-being. We also draw from medical insights to get a fuller picture. Our goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive space that supports mental wellness and acknowledges the various factors that impact mental health.

Science Alliance

Science Alliance is an after-school program in all SRVUSD high schools that pairs motivated 5th graders (buddies) with high school mentors. Guided by a credentialed teacher, mentors support their buddies through six sessions focused on science and inquiry. The program ends with a district-wide Science Fair on April 18, 2026, where buddies present their projects. This experience helps prepare 5th graders for middle school science and builds leadership skills in high school mentors.
